  But does he do good work? After all look at drivers out on the highway. Does a license mean they know how to drive? NO! I happen to know a couple of local dentists who are quite well known and reputable who have trained people in their offices and they provide excellent services. The only difference is that they don't make the same wage as someone who is certified. Licensing is more about big money. The government raping people some more.
